A.M.P-Rose 750 Cut and Wrap Machine

The 750 is a versatile cut and wrap machine for a wide range of styles, sweet shapes, sizes and recipes.   From single twist wrapped pieces to long bars, and from fruit chews and bubble gum to high boiled candy, the fast selling products made on this machine are market leaders throughout the world.
Users of the 750 have the added confidence in keeping abreast of changing markets by the easy change of size or style of wrap on this machine.

Style of wrapping
Double end fantail twist for square, rectangular, cylindrical or round whirl pieces.  Single point turned under fold for square or rectangular conventional or whirl pieces.  Single point end fold for bubble gum (optional comic strip inner or 'stickers').  Machines can be supplied which are interchangeable between some of these styles.

Wrapping materials

Twist: Twist wrapping grades of waxed paper, cellulose film or PVC with an understrip, if used, of tissue-backed aluminium foil.  Alternatively, the machine can be used with a single wrapper with an understrip, or overstrip, bonded to it.

Fold: Waxed paper or moistureproof heat-sealing flexible cellulose films with an understrip, if used, of tissue-backed aluminium foil.  If the wrap is unsealed, the main wrapper may be of tissue-backed aluminium foil, with an understrip, if used, of waxed paper.

Reel sizes: Standard core diameter 57mm and 77mm. Other core diameters are available specially.  Maximum reel diameter 335mm.

Product size limits

For twist wrapping a special machine handles pieces 84mm to 152mm long.
