A.M.P-Rose 750FBG Cut and Wrap Machine

The 750FBG is a cut and wrap machine designed to produce end fold wrapped products, usually bubble gums, with or without a comic-strip inner wrapper or 'sticker'.

Style of wrap
Single point end fold for bubble gum in square or rectangular pieces (optional comic strip inner or 'stickers').

Wrapping materials
Fold: Waxed paper with photocell registration mark for inner comic strip, or separate waxed paper outer plus inner reel of 'stickers' on a paper background.

Reel sizes: Standard core diameter 57mm and 77mm. Other core diameters are available specially.  Maximum reel diameter 335mm.

'Bazooka' style fold wrapping up to 650/minute.

Separately driven pre-feed unit.
Automatic paper feed engagement.

Heaters: 0.6 kW
