A.M.P-Rose CF4 Candy Forming Machine

The A.M.P-Rose CF4 has been designed for the continuous production of seamless sweets, with or without centre filling, using a standard die arrangement. The machine can be used as part of a complete production plant supplied by A.M.P-Rose, or integrated into an existing line.

Features
Speed of main drive is variable by Inverter drive.
Handwheel adjustment to vary the speed of the infeed rollers relative to the speed of the die.

Main drive is by timing belts to reduce noise level and moving parts.
Main drive gears in oil boxes to reduce noise and maintenance. Spreader conveyor motor is independent and has handwheel adjustment.
Integral fan to force air to the spreader conveyor, die and candy feed rollers.
Scrap tray under the die with outlet for connection to a dust extraction unit.
Spring loaded one piece pressure cam with cam rollers. (optional pneumatic control also available)
Automatic lubrication to cams and bearings.
Automatic pressure relief of matrix ring pressure wheel to reduce die wear.
Fast die changes by use of clamps and sliding pull back cams.
General use of clamps to allow quick die changing, removal and cleaning.
Overhead crane feature to allow easy removal of die front cover.
Smooth lines for easy cleaning.
Adheres with current health and safety and 'CE' standards.
