This can be used for one shot products as well, with a change of depositor head.

 

Rated at 10 moulds per minute.

 

Below is the order and what it Consists of:

  • For chocolate lollipops.

  • Wooden sticks are manually placed in the figure shaped moulds (see photograph) and then onto line.

  • Then process for lollipops or bars is through
    Mould Warmer.

  • Chocolate Depositor.

  • Through to tiered cooling section, with built in cooling

  • Then through demoulding section where products are then placed onto canvas belt, through ambient cooling section and exit from line.

Includes

  • Integrated control panel.

  • Also includes a SOLLICH MSV300-A3 Chocolate Temperer, rated at 300Kgs per hour.
