it is still in production.
This can be used for one shot products as well, with a
change of depositor head.
Rated at 10 moulds per minute.
Below is the order and what it Consists of:

For chocolate lollipops.
-
Wooden sticks are manually
placed in the figure shaped moulds (see photograph) and then
onto line.

Then process for lollipops or
bars is through
Mould Warmer.

Chocolate Depositor.
-
Through to tiered cooling
section, with built in cooling
-
Then through demoulding section
where products are then placed onto canvas belt, through
ambient cooling section and exit from line.

Integrated control panel.

Also includes a SOLLICH
MSV300-A3 Chocolate Temperer, rated at 300Kgs per hour.
