The Dumoulin IDA 2002CV coating machine can coat a variety of dried fruits or seeds such as; almonds, nuts, peanuts, raisins, banana, pineapple, blueberries, etc. The machine can also coat a full range of manufactured products like; toffees, caramels, fondants, chocolate, extruded or expanded products, compressed tablets, chewing gums, liquorices, marshmallows, and chewy candy.

The range of coatings that can be used with this machine are; plain, white and dark chocolate, compounds and yogurts.
