  • AWEMA 48-Head Spinning Machine, model HFR-186, 1986.

  • 2 x COLLMANN Chocolate depositors, 6-nozzle, pedal operated, 1985

  • SOLLICH MST-1000 Chocolate Temperer, 1000Kgs capacity, 1979.

  • SOLLICH MSV300-A3 Turbo Chocolate Temperer, 300Kgs per hour, 1994.

  • 3 x JAHN 1000Kgs Jacketted Chocolate Tanks and Pumps.

  • After Spinning, moulds are placed into a SOLLICH 800mm wide Cooling Tunnel, approx. 24metres long.

  • Exit from Tunnel through a 180degree Turn and then onto a Manual Demoulding Conveyor

  • Products then pass through a GORING KERR DSP3 Metal Detector, 800mms wide x 180mms high aperture.

  • Through another 180degree turn and then onto a Manual Packaging Conveyor where products are placed into outers before packaging.
