A.M.P-Rose prides itself on its reputation for supplying the highest standard of rebuilt confectionery and chocolate machinery. We are able to supply machines in ‘as is’, ‘good running order’, 'reconditioned' or 'fully rebuilt condition', according to the Customer’s budget and specific requirements. Our engineers are experienced with many brands and types of processing and packaging machines, which allows us to supply almost any machine required in the candy manufacturing process. REBUILD CATEGORIES
- FULLY REBUILT (TO AS NEW STANDARDS) – Category A
- RECONDITIONED – Category B

The machine is stripped to the basic frame and all worn parts are replaced.
It is completely rewired. The old paint is removed and it is spray painted.
All parts are manufactured to original specifications and tolerances. The
machine is reassembled, set up and fully tested. Full records are kept and a
handbook and wiring diagram are supplied. Running spares are supplied along
with a 12 month guarantee.
The machine is partially stripped as far as it is necessary to allow a full mechanical inspection of all parts. All excessively worn parts are replaced. Electrical components are replaced unless they are already in very good condition. The machine is spray painted externally. The machine is reassembled, set up and fully tested. Full records are kept and a handbook and wiring diagram are supplied along with a 6 months guarantee.
The machine is wired up, run, checked over, set up on size and tested. Mechanically and electrically the required parts are repaired or replaced to ensure the machine is in good running order.
Handbooks and wiring diagrams are supplied if available.
The machine is checked over to ensure it is complete and cleaned for shipment. Where a machine is found to be incomplete, the Customer will be notified and we can then offer to supply the missing parts should this be required. A machine sold 'as it is' has no guarantee.
