If upgrading is required, we offer a number of options which have been developed as a result of our customers requiring to increase their machine efficiencies by use of modern technology and improved maintenance and cleaning. Typical upgrade options are as follows:-

  • New unique, electronic vibratory system for the feeder, giving infinite control of the product flow, improved waste rejection and improved waste management.

  • The mechanical vibratory feed system can be modified to give independent control of the horizontal and vertical agitation that enables the feeder to be turned to suit an individual product.

  • Short pack and no-pack no-paper system which utilize infra-red detectors in place of old mechanical systems for sensing the absence of products.

  • Short pack reject system with improved waste management.

  • The paper feed can be simplified by utilizing a servo drive and registration system. This option replaces many mechanical components that require endless adjustment and provides unequalled accuracy on the material cut-off position.

  • Powered reel unwind for a single or double wrapper system together with reel run out facilities.

  • Automatic material splicing system when only a single wrapper is required.

  • Various types of coders and printers can be fitted.

  • Improved hot melt and cold glue systems to give more positive application.

  • The wrapper gripper unit no longer needs lubrication

  • Improved wrapping head design to eliminate wear on wrapper jaw teeth, belt spindles and allowing he exchange of a wrapping head with another machine which was previously not possible.

  • Pack end sealing, inspection and reject systems.

We will be pleased to work with you to establish the best solutions to suit your budget.
