A.M.P-Rose RS66 and RS67 Rope Sizers

The RS66 and RS67 range of rope sizers accept the plastic rope from a suitable batch roller like the A.M.P-Rose BR42 and by passing it through reducing sizing rollers form the desired rope for feeding to a cut and wrap machine or a sweet forming machine.

The RS66 feeds from left to right as shown below and the RS67 feeds from right to left.

Toffee, caramel, fruit chew and high boiled sugar.

Sizing Rollers
A large pair of vertical rollers or a set of cluster rollers (according to the product) followed by a number of pairs of horizontal sizing rollers according to the final rope size required. Combinations of a cluster followed by horizontal rollers followed by a vertical pair are available for special applications.

Adjustability
All vertical and horizontal rollers are adjustable by simple levers with size indicator scales.

Cleaning
All vertical and horizontal rollers and product guides are quickly detachable for cleaning.

Heating
All vertical and horizontal rollers are fitted with heaters for high boiled sugar. Controls are in the main control panel.

Rope Control
An automatic rope control unit regulates the machine accordingly.

Metal Detector
A ring type metal detector with audible and visual warnings can be fitted as an optional extra.

Height of Machine
Adjustable feet to vary the rope height to suit most cut and wrap machines and forming machines. Plinths can be supplied for special applications.

Heating
300 watts per sizing roller.

1.5kW motor
