Bindler Shell Moulding Line

Overview

Bindler shell moulding line will become available in summer 2020 and can be removed soon after. The cooling tunnels have been well maintained and have been recently overhauled. The Bindler GK8 depositors have had the hydraulics removed and depositing system upgraded.

Bindler shell moulding line will become available in summer 2020 and can be removed soon after. Some of the key components of the line include:

– Bindler GK8 shell depositor, 1983

– Sollich SSA400 sprinkler

– Bindler GK Vedd one shot depositor, 2004

– Bindler GK8 centre depositor, 1983

– Binder GK8 backing off depositor, 1983

– Including all cooling tunnels, mould turning, plaque feeding and de-moulding units
