Burgess Sheet Extruder and Conveyor

Burgess sheet extruder pulls product through the rollers to form a sheet of product, suitable for bar forming.

It has two grooved pressure rolls – speed adjusted via a PIV gearbox.

Manual hand wheel that can be used to turn the rolls by hand for cleaning.

Removable hopper.

Take-off conveyor with a pu coated polyester belt, conveyor can be speed adjusted via a PIV gearbox.

There is one common electrical control panel, fitted to the conveyor with plug and socket for connecting to the extruder.
