Rebuilt Hamac Hansella 111A Vacuum Cooker

Here is an example of a rebuilt Hamac Hansella 111A universal batch vacuum cooker, it is intended for processing both high and low boiled sugars. As with all cookers we rebuild we will pressure test the 111a vacuum cooker before it leaves our factory.

Due to the screwless connection between the inner copper and outer steel pan it prevents any sign of copper fatigue, so when we rebuild these machines they will be at a standard like new.
